Educational Programs
While there is always something to learn at ISES Metro Detroit meetings, our Education and Programming committee strives to produce 4-6 meetings a year with strong educational content. Topics include disciplines from the CSEP program as well as those topics professionals need to be aware of - liquor licensing, insurance, contracts and more.
In addition to meetings focused on educational content, we strive to provide the following for a well-rounded and valuable meeting schedule for our membership. - National Speakers
- Networking
- Charitable Fund Raising
- Product/Member Showcase
Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) Designation
The CSEP designation is the hallmark of professional achievement in the special events industry. It is earned through education, performance, experience and service to the industry, and reflects a commitment to professional conduct and ethics.
